Food bag making machine

1. The food bag making machine starts the main motor, runs at low speed, and then adjusts the edge control to divide the film in the middle position.

2. Adjust the left and right nip rollers to align the left and right films, and adjust the front and rear nip rollers to align the pattern.

3. Adjust the heat seal knife to heat seal the bag to the required range.

4. Adjust the slitting blade to the desired position and adjust the punching position to the scissors opening.

5. Initially adjust the speed of the machine, take a flat sample bag, and carry out the initial inspection. If the requirements are not met, take a sample bag that is flattened for heat sealing value test.

6. Finish the bags that have been produced and select the bags with quality defects (such as folding, tunnel, flower frame, knife line, heat seal, four seals, etc.) and bundle them as required.

7. The inspection is carried out by the quality inspector of the machine. After the inspection is passed, the certificate is affixed and sent to the quality inspection room for sampling.

8. During the production process, observe the bagging situation at any time and find an abnormality and adjust it immediately.
